Every account signs in with a one-time code, so each profile is tied to a real phone number.
No listing without consent
Profiles created by relatives stay private until the candidate confirms from their own phone.
Contact only on mutual yes
Phone numbers, email and address are shared only after both sides accept. Every reveal is logged.
Private photos
Photos are reviewed before they appear, are never available through a public link, and can be shown only after you accept.
Report and block
Block anyone instantly; you disappear from each other’s search. Reports go to our team for review.
Your data rights
Hide or delete your profile at any time. We keep only what the law requires after deletion.
Tips for meeting safely
- Talk on the phone or on a video call before meeting in person.
- Meet first in a public place, with family members present or informed.
- Verify education, work and family details independently before any commitment.
- Never send money to anyone you met online, for any reason: travel, visa, a medical emergency or customs fees. These are common scams. Report such requests to us immediately.
- Do not share OTPs, bank details or identity documents with other members.
Report a concern
Use “Report” on any profile, or write to support@smartmilan.in. If you believe someone is in danger, contact the police on 112. For cyber fraud, call the national helpline 1930 or visit cybercrime.gov.in.
