Questions families ask
Is SmartMilan free?
Yes. Creating a profile, searching, sending interests and connecting are free at launch. If we introduce paid plans later, we will announce them in advance and existing connections will not be affected.
Can parents create a profile for their son or daughter?
Yes. Parents, siblings and relatives can create and manage a profile. The profile stays private until the candidate confirms with a code sent to their own mobile. Nobody is listed without their consent.
Who can see my phone number?
Only a family whose interest you have accepted, or who accepted yours. Until both sides say yes, your phone number, email and address stay hidden.
Can several family members use one profile?
Yes. The family admin can invite relatives by mobile number and choose what each person can do: view, edit the profile, send interests or see contact details.
